How we research and publish.

Our guides and market reports are written to help buyers make decisions, not to sell a particular property. This page explains where our information comes from and how we keep it accurate.

Sources

Regulation and fees: official sources only, such as the Dubai Land Department, RERA, the UAE Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP), GDRFA Dubai and the Central Bank of the UAE. Each figure links to its source with the date we checked it.
Project data: prices, payment plans and completion dates come from developers' published material through our licensed project database, and every project page shows when it was last updated.
Market figures: Dubai Land Department transaction data and named third-party research, always cited.

Facts, estimates and opinions

We label each one. Historical figures are dated. Estimates show how they were calculated. Opinions are marked "The Vidabricks view".

Authors and review

New guides name their author and are reviewed by a RERA-registered Vidabricks advisor. Final editorial sign-off: Andrea J, Editor.

Updates and corrections

Pages on fees, regulation and the Golden Visa are reviewed at least every quarter, and each guide shows when it was last reviewed. To report an error, email info@vidabricks.com; we correct confirmed errors promptly and note the change on the page.

Commercial relationships

Vidabricks earns commission from developers on sales. Where we are a developer's exclusive or appointed sales partner, for example for ZāZEN Acacia Residences in Dubai South, the page says so.
