How buyers are protected

Under Dubai law, payments for off-plan property are made into the project's escrow account, not to Vidabricks.
We carry out identity and source-of-funds checks before a reservation, as UAE anti-money-laundering rules require.
Every sale is registered with the Dubai Land Department (Oqood for off-plan, title deed for ready property).

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, contact Neha Gupta in our Admin Department at info@vidabricks.com or +971 54 700 5470. If your complaint is not resolved, you can raise it with RERA through the Dubai Land Department.
